All head castings are completely overhauled, in as close to “new” condition as possible, and ready to fit to the vehicle. Other heads can be quoted individually, and depending on final specification prices will be similar to those above.  Jobs can generally be turned around within 2 or 3 working days.  Only AE valve seat inserts will be used.

Once an Unleaded head has been fitted the following benefits will be realised:

- No need for any type of fuel additive or LRP “top-up”.

- The engine will be much healthier and therefore more efficient and reliable.

- Absolute peace of mind that the correct “engineering” solution has been chosen. Both Ford and Austin Rover fitted hard exhaust seat inserts to their heads once legislation dictated that all new vehicles must be able use Unleaded full time.
