Bi-Metal Head Gaskets - our unique design of Bi-Metal Head Gasket is in production in 0.6 or 1.0mm thickness. These are new products designed for user-friendliness & strength in situations where a conventional head gasket is unsuitable, and are aimed at the individual or small organisation. Minimum order is just 1 - no tooling or set-up charges, prices are between £158.00 & £177.00 for an average 4 cylinder engine. As with solid copper head gaskets, surface flatness & finish are all-important. None of our head gasket products are an answer to a basic head gasket failure, but as a solution to a strength or design limitation problem these can be almost unbeatable providing the utmost care is taken during engine machining & preparation. The "Order On Line" button on the left of the page will take you to the sales pages, and all transactions are handled by PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to use this facility (though it's useful to have one...), just a credit or debit card. The whole thing only takes a couple of minutes to do, as PayPal says - "It's fast, free & secure".
Thermal Inlet Gasket - the thermal inlet gasket has been in production for some time now, but we've done a bit of re-engineering to create a thicker, stronger version that is capable of handling high pressure & vacuum, while offering even more insulating properties. The new version is 6.0mm thick, has rubber o-rings on both sides, is currently in production for Ford Cosworth YB & Zetec, but more applications will be added soon. More info here.

Trust, and Mike is now a Volunteer Mentor to young people that would like to
