WHERE  WE ARE
CONTACT - Mike Tanski

LOCATION - We've recently moved to West Wales, near to Carmarthen, up in the hills above the Teifi Valley, a beautiful location but quite isolated.  Unfortunately we are rarely able to accept visitors - we don't mean this to sound rude, but all of our time is needed for machining.

ADDRESS - Ferriday Engineering, Blaenpant, Cwmduad, Carmarthen. SA33 6AX.

PHONE - There is always someone here, but occasionally we are unable to answer.  If this happens, please leave a message & we will get back to you - 01559 372143  (International callers dial +44 1559 372143).

E-MAIL - mike@ferriday.co.uk  We always reply to e-mails - but if you don't receive a reply within a couple of days please re-send your letter, it's probably gone into the wrong folder...

SKYPE - add mike@ferriday.co.uk to your Skype contact list & you will be able to see when I'm available.  If Skype is your preferred method of communication (Skype is free, very useful for international calls) you can send an e-mail to tell me when you would like to Skype - then I'll make sure I'm near a PC for your call.  To sign up to Skype click here - www.skype.com

RETURNS POLICY & CONDITIONS OF TRADE - All items sold by Ferriday Engineering are non-standard components for use in modified engines where original settings & operating conditions no longer apply.  It is the responsibility of the fitter to satisfy himself that these components are suitable for his particular application.  Ferriday Engineering has no control over the use of this component & accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the performance of this component in its new & unknown environment.  If the fitter suspects that this component is not suitable for the application then it should be returned for an immediate refund (a refund will not be offered for any special order items - please note that nearly all goods are made to order).
Most products are made for extreme applications where there is no alternative.  This means that all products will continue to be classed as "Experimental" - this classification will probably also apply to the rest of the engine i.e., a non-standard "hybrid" that far exceeds the OE manufacturers expectations & design criteria.
Mike Tanski has around 24 years experience of engine machining, assembly & modification, and will always offer advice to the best of his ability.  We are always happy to discuss different possibilities, and will never knowingly supply something that is unsuitable unless the customer absolutely insists (!!).  We will always advise if there is a more user-friendly (probably cheaper) alternative to our products.  The decision to use any of our components lies squarely with the customer.
